• After your start time, there is a 15 minutes grace period for each hour appointment.

• There is a 7minute grace period for each half hour appointment.

• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24hour notice. Cancels made less than 24hours to appointment time will result in 50% charge.

If you fail to show up to your scheduled appointment and do not call or text ahead of time, 100% of service will be charged.
